Why can't I follow a LIVE auction via video and/or sound (audio)?

Please note that audio and video transmission is not mandatory for our auction houses. However, in the interest of our bidders, we recommend that auction houses transmit both.

If you want to watch a LIVE auction, first open the LIVE bidding interface. On the left side, you will see the lots and on the right, either the auction house's logo (if so, the auction house is not transmitting video) or a small window with a photo/video.

There, you need to click on the speaker icon to turn on the sound (please check your PC settings to ensure the volume is turned up).

To start the video transmission, click on the "Play" button.

There are auction houses that do not have a video stream running. In such cases, it will say: "Audio only Broadcast".

It is also possible that an auction house does not wish to transmit any video or audio. In this case, it will say "Auctioneer not broadcasting".
