Check whether your email address is entered correctly.

Also check your spam folder. If our emails are in the spam folder, you can save LOT-TISSIMO as a safe sender to avoid this in the future.

Go to your search requests via LOT-TISSIMO.com:

• Check whether your search request is "Active".
• Look under "Results". If we do not find any lots that match your search request, we will not send you a notification either.
