For security reasons, it is not possible to change the email address directly in the user account. Please contact the email address support@atg.zendesk.com and note the following:
If you still have access to your old email address, please send an email from that address to team@lot-tissimo.com and provide your new email address.
If you no longer have access to your old email address, please send an email from your new address including the following information:
- Bidder ID
- Verified telephone number
- Address
- Last auction for which you registered
The LOT-TISSIMO support team will then make the change for you.
