It is possible that you will be asked to repeat the process after a while, this happens sporadically and at longer intervals (approx. 3-4 months). A code is not required for every live registration.
If you have not received a code after a second attempt and a waiting time of approx. 30 minutes, please call us from the mobile number in your profile. We will then verify your number manually.
