The security tool Recaptcha is used on many websites to ensure that a human – and not a bot – is accessing the site. If "Recaptcha failed" appears on your page, your browser has classified your behaviour on the site as "suspicious".
Try the following:
- Update your browser: Make sure you are using the latest version of your browser.
- Clear browser cache and delete cookies: An overloaded cache can affect the display of websites. Clear the cache, delete existing cookies, and try again after restarting your computer.
- Disable extensions: Ad blockers and other security tools can block Recaptcha. Try temporarily disabling these extensions.
